Sean has an extensive background in the construction industry. His training includes apprenticing under
his father, a decade in the Carpenter’s Union, and training at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, all which paved the way for a career that includes designing and building high-end residential homes from the ground up to erecting 70+ story high-rises around the world, including Victoria/Vancouver/Whistler, British Columbia; Sydney, Australia; San Francisco, California, and San
Juan, Puerto Rico.
For the past 18 years, Sean has specialized in residential projects throughout Santa Barbara County. Projects have spanned single room remodels to custom home builds, working with clients from Goleta to Carpinteria. He understands the charm and aesthetics of each community and can navigate the complex permitting and development guidelines required at all stages of renovation.
